In order to stand for nomination, the foundation, charity or non-profit must:
-
Complete an application form
-
Have been operating within Lloydminster or the surrounding area for a period of at least 12 months
-

Provide someone to speak on behalf of their foundation, charity or non-profit if chosen to present at a meeting for vote
National or international charities, programs, or organizations will not be considered at this time as the focus is on contributing to our local community. Organizations with a national link may be nominated; however, the request must be for a local project where the funds go directly toward enhancing Lloydminster and area specifically. The funds must stay in our community.
Programs within a large organization (a specific department or program within a hospital for instance), will be considered only if that program is not being funded by the organization or its foundation.
